You have the right to request deletion of your personal data

Your Data Deletion Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China and Meta platform policies, you may at any time request that we delete personal data generated through your use of Chungtair AI customer service, including conversation records, account IDs, and usage logs.

How to Revoke App Authorization

You can revoke the Service's access permissions directly in each platform's settings:

Facebook / Instagram: Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → Find “Chungtair AI” → Remove

LINE: Go to LINE Settings → Account → Connected Apps → Find the relevant service → Disconnect

After revoking authorization, please submit a data deletion request as described below. We will complete the deletion within 30 business days.

Subject: Data Deletion Request Content: 1. Your name or account username 2. Platform used (Facebook / Instagram / LINE) 3. Your account ID or username (if known) 4. Scope of data you wish to delete

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your social media account IDs (PSID / IGSID / LINE User ID)
Conversation records with this Service
Usage logs and statistical data
Other personally identifiable data generated through use of the Service

Some anonymized, non-personally-identifiable statistical data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
