2. Account & Authorization

• You must authorize the Company's application to access your social media accounts to enable message sending and receiving.
• You may revoke authorization at any time through the settings of each platform.
• You grant the Company limited authorization to manage customer service messages on your behalf, solely within the scope necessary to provide the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for the following purposes:

• Sending spam or unauthorized commercial messages
• Distributing illegal, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
• Attempting to crack, interfere with, or damage normal system operations
• Violating the usage policies of Meta, LINE, or other third-party platforms

4. Service Limitations

• The Company reserves the right to suspend service due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.
• Trial plans have usage count and time limitations as specified in the plan description.
• The Company does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service but will make best efforts to maintain stability.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, interface design, and related technologies of the Service are owned by the Company and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without authorization.

The copyright of messages you send belongs to you. The Company uses them only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer

• AI responses are automatically generated by machines. The Company is not responsible for their accuracy or completeness.
• Service limitations caused by policy changes of third-party platforms (Meta, LINE) are not the Company's liability.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses.
