Chungtair Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Chung Tair Ltd., Tax ID: 60701564) treats Payment Security and Data Protection as core service commitments. This page explains to all subscribers: how your payments are processed, how invoices are issued, and how your account data is protected.

We do not obscure details behind technical jargon. All payment partners, invoice service providers, and transport encryption mechanisms are disclosed in verifiable form. If you have any questions before subscribing, please contact us by email.

IIPayment Processing (TapPay)

All credit card transactions in this service are processed by TapPay Payment Services (Cherri Tech Co., Ltd.). TapPay is a leading payment service provider in Taiwan, compliant with the security standards of international card organizations (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express).

• Credit card data flows only between TapPay and the issuing bank — Chungtair servers never touch the full card number
• We only store transaction results, authorization codes, and the last 4 digits — used for reconciliation and customer support
• Every transaction is verified via 3D Secure two-factor authentication
• Bank-side risk control and fraud monitoring are supported; abnormal transactions are auto-blocked
• On authorization failure (expired card, insufficient credit), the system retries automatically and emails you a notification

IIIElectronic Invoice (Cetustek)

After each successful payment, the system automatically issues a cloud e-invoice through Cetustek e-Invoice Value-Added Service Center and emails it to your designated address.

Invoice format is issued based on your status:

• Company (B2B): Triplicate cloud e-invoice, please provide your Tax ID and invoice title at signup — eligible as input tax credit evidence
• Individual (B2C): Duplicate cloud e-invoice, with optional carrier registration via mobile barcode or email — automatically enrolled in MoF Uniform Invoice Lottery

All invoices are issued and uploaded via the Ministry of Finance e-Invoice Integration Platform (einvoice.nat.gov.tw), compliant with the Electronic Invoice Implementation Operating Guidelines. Once issued, invoices have full legal effect — please keep them safe.

IVData Protection & Transport Security

All data transmitted between you and this service is protected by encryption:

• The entire site uses HTTPS / TLS end-to-end encrypted transport, with the browser address bar showing the lock icon
• Sensitive pages (signup, login, payment, admin) enable Strict Transport Security (HSTS)
• Database password fields are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) — plaintext passwords are never stored
• Backend OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, decrypted only for necessary API calls
• Databases are backed up regularly; backup files are also encrypted

Chungtair Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a legally registered Taiwan company. Compliance information:

• Payments: Processed by TapPay (Cherri Tech Co., Ltd.), compliant with international card organization security standards
• Invoices: Issued by Cetustek e-Invoice Value-Added Service Center, ISO 27001 certified
• Credit Cards: Compliant with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express international card organization security standards
• Legal Status: Legally registered Limited Company under the Company Act of Taiwan, subject to the Consumer Protection Act and Personal Data Protection Act
