Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing. Using the Service or completing payment indicates that you have read and agreed to all terms of this Refund Policy.

2Billing Method

First-time applicants enjoy a 14-day free trial. No credit card required, no charges incurred.

Cancel during trial — completely free. If you decide not to continue before the trial ends, simply notify us or cancel in the dashboard. Your account will automatically deactivate at trial end with no charges and no refund request needed.

4Paid Subscription Refund Policy

This Service is a digital cloud subscription. The system activates immediately upon payment, and subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Details:

After disabling auto-renewal, your account and data remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. After expiration, the service deactivates and data is permanently deleted after the following retention period — please back up your data in time:

  • Trial accounts: Deleted within 30 days after trial expiration
  • Paid accounts: Deleted within 365 days (1 year) after subscription expiration

5Non-Refundable Situations

The Company will not process refund requests in the following situations:

6Plan Upgrades & Cancellation

You can adjust your plan or manage auto-renewal settings from the dashboard at any time. Rules are as follows:

Plan Upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. Enjoy higher-tier features and quotas right away. The price difference will be calculated in the next billing cycle — no additional charge in the current period.
Stop Auto-Renewal
Disable “Auto-Renewal” in the dashboard to stop future billing — no notice required, no penalty fee. Service continues until the current period ends, then the account deactivates. Restart auto-renewal or re-subscribe at any time.

7Auto-Renewal Policy

To ensure uninterrupted service, the Service uses auto-renewal. Please note the following:

To stop auto-renewal: Log into your client dashboard → Plan Management → Disable “Auto-Renewal”. Contact support if you need assistance.

8Digital Service Declaration

Under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China and applicable guidelines, digital services (cloud software / SaaS) are not subject to the standard 7-day cooling-off period applicable to physical goods, due to their nature.

The Service provides a 14-day free trial as an alternative consumer protection measure, allowing you to fully evaluate whether the Service meets your needs without any cost before deciding to subscribe.

9Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy (e.g., the Company terminates service), please follow this process:
